It’s not enough to be good at what I do.

I have to excel. It’s in my DNA. I earned double-masters degrees in business and music before becoming a real estate agent.

As a concert violist growing up in Prague, I developed an exceptional level of discipline that has carried through to my work. I’m exacting, persistent and passionate about being the best agent I can be for my clients.

I have an ear for opportunity and I love what I do. So when I’m not strategizing about how to get you the best price for your home or finding you the property of your dreams, I’m drilling through the latest market data and probing my ever-expanding network of contacts.

I’ve been privileged to live in San Francisco for over 20 years and I navigate the city like a native-born cabbie. I know what’s happening in each local market – what properties are selling for, who’s buying them, and why they are commanding the prices they command. My long-term relationships within the industry are strong and my sources are many. Thanks to my knowledge, experience and contacts, I consistently get top dollar for my sellers, and top consideration for my buyers.

In 2017 alone, I closed over $68 million in sales and became one of the highest-ranking San Francisco realtors. I’m proud of that, but even prouder that I saved each of my clients time, money and stress. Most of the properties I listed sold for over asking. Every buyer I represented received my full attention and saw only the properties that fit their criteria. 62% of my buyers’ offers were accepted the first time our team made a bid on their behalf.

More About Helena
I’m proud to say I’m a hustler by nature.

When I’m kicked down or told “No,” I use it as fuel to get back on top. I was a child entrepreneur and a Division I college athlete, so I’ve always been very competitive. I’m smart, I’m strategic, and I don’t give up.

My real estate business chops come from years of negotiating and marketing as the owner of a top-ranked exercise studio and the advertising director for movie theaters. My skills as a real estate problem solver have endeared me to clients and agents alike. On both sides of the Golden Gate, I know and get along with all of the players. I know the neighborhoods, the school districts and where to get the best burrito. I’ve gotten top dollar for my sellers, flipped three homes of my own and pushed countless offers through for my clients — even when our price was lower than the competitors’.

I work in San Francisco and live in Marin with my husband and two kids. If, like me, your family wants to relocate to the north or if you’re looking to find that special home in the city, I can help you cross that bridge. I’ll take you from the life that you have to the life that you want.
